Pet Healthcare Plan

IMPORTANT – June 2017

We are currently in the process of changing our direct debit providers. This is to provide better value (no renewal fees!!!) and a more personalised service. If you have your pet on our Pet Healthcare Plan, you should have received an email and/or a letter from us. If your haven’t, please contact us on 01480 52601.

We’re sure you’ll agree that prevention is better than cure and with our pets there are many illnesses and diseases we can prevent with regular treatments. This is why we have developed the Pet Healthcare Plan (PHP) and we are pleased to offer our clients this affordable Plan by monthly direct debit. The Plan has been specially designed to provide your pet with their preventative healthcare for the year and to allow you to spread the cost in convenient monthly payments AND save you money.

The PHP is available for dogs, cats and rabbits. Please see below for prices and to learn more about what it can offer your pet.

How do I register?

It’s very simple!

Option 1: Visit one of our branches and complete a short registration form. This will require details of your bank account in order to set up a direct debit; so please bring the details with you.

Option 2: Download a form here, print off, fill in and drop it off at one of our Surgeries or you can post it. We regret we cannot provide online registration at the moment because the direct debit instruction requires your signature. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note:

This is NOT an insurance policy. Please click here for full terms and conditions.

Please note:

New Government legislation

As from 6th April 2016 all dogs must be microchipped by law. Why not join our Pet Healthcare Plan which includes a FREE microchip!
